I've been busy
So right after the Die in Paris shoot (which is in post as I type this) I started work on my first feature film. I started out on "I of the Storm" as A camera opperator but I have slid into a co-DOP position. I have been having a great time and am learning like crazy. Here are a few pictures from the shoots so far.

Filming the "Die in Paris" music video
I shot a music video for a great band "Die in Paris" last weekend and had a blast. We made due with no budget, alot of travel, a splash of vodka and a shit load of wind. I have handed off the footage and can't wait to see what the editor does with it. Here are a couple pics from before I had to switch cameras.

New tripod
So I picked up a new tripod last week and love it. It's a Libec LS-38 kit and it works great with my HPX-170. Im glad to be on a good set of sticks again, and these are way better than my old Manfrotto 325/501 sticks and a better comparable price too. Happy to add another member to my equipment family.
And I put together a little vid of my testing.
